IF: Jane and her sweet yellow blanket…

It’s so cold outside. The phone rings. It rings again. And again.

But tonight Jane doesn’t feel like speaking. Even with Susan who’s a very sweet friend, always laughing, with large green eyes and a sunny smile always on her face. Tonight, Jane wants to be alone, just resting with her favorite blanket : the yellow one her gran’ma offered her three years ago. It was a snowy Christmas and her Grand-Mother was so healthy in those days. Then…she’s still healthy…that’s a great thing.

The phone doesn’t ring no more.

Jane feels so good with the warmness of the yellow blanket and the cat, purring close to her feets. It’s a sweet sweet night.
